Gua Tempurung, Gopeng – (20^th April 2006)

Myself and my partner signed up for the Tempurung Cave day trip in April 2006 and were very impressed with all aspects of the experience. We met with Michael in person a few days before our trip, and we went through our planned itinerary, and he answered any questions we had. On the day of the trip, Michael picked us up, on time, from our hotel, and we were on our way.

Michael was with us the whole day, and our expectations were far exceeded in all aspects. He personally showed us around the attractions that we wanted to see on the way to the cave, and did not palm us off to other guides. Michael has years of experience in caving, and this showed when we did our tour of Tempurung Cave. Michael educated us in not only how the cave was formed, etc, but also the very interesting history of the cave.

We were keen to try lots of local food, which was delicious, and Michael ensured that we were well fed and ate "where the locals ate", which is what we wanted to do.

Our expectations were far exceeded by Michael and MMtreks.com and I would personally recommend his services to anyone visiting Malaysia.
