Vehicle Category and Capacity due to limitation of luggage space

• For car capacity : Limited to a Min & Max number of 1 to 3 person only

• For Van (Hiace or Kia) capacity : Limited to a Min & Max number of 4 to 7 person only

• For Van (MB 140) capacity : Limited to a Min & Max number of 7 to 10 person only

Recommended Pick up timings

• For transfer Ex KUL to Cameron, Johor Bahru, Penang or Kuala Tembeling

  • Pick up time 0900 hrs - 1100rs

• For return transfer from the above destinations back to KUL

  • Pick up time 1200hrs - 1700hrs

Terms & Conditions

• Rates quoted are NETT in Ringgit Malaysia, per way per car or van.

• For guest traveling with large luggage's are recommended to book for a van due to space constraints of a car.

Midnight Charge (Surcharge)

• An additional of 50% surcharge will be applied on top of the cost of your transfer is pick up are made between 11.30PM to 6AM

Booking Procedure

• Booking must be made at least 2 working days in advance

• All bookings are on prepayment basis. Payment by credit card (Acceptable Credit Cards are Visa / Master Card / Amex)

• A 4.5% (e-commerce charge) + RM10.00 (SG$4.20) (service charge) will be applied on all payments made via Credit Card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full refund less 10% credit card processing fee if booking is cancelled 05 working days before arrival date.

• Full charge applicable for any reservation cancelled within 5 working days prior to guest arrival

LIABILITY POLICY

MM Adventure Services shall be exempted on vehicle transfer liability of any detention, non approval of Visa Processing (Immigration Points) delays, damage, sickness, death, accident, injury or whatsoever and by what ever cause to the client or transfer due to act of default of the transport company.

No Refund will be entertained in case of "NO SHOW" or "UN-USED" Transfer.
